液壓系統集成快加工問題,估計很多人都不是很清楚,本文蘇州逐利帶大家來了解一下。
(l)工藝孔封堵問題
工藝孔是為了連接內部交叉孔而加工的,通常采用以下三種方法進行封堵。
①球漲堵頭。這種方法如圖8-43所示。多用于堵塞孔徑小于10mm的孔,要求有足夠過盈,這要按JBJ 2007-88標準設計和制造。
②焊接堵頭。這種封堵方法如圖8-44所示,將焊接堵頭周邊連續均勻焊牢在要封堵的工藝孔處,多用于橫孔靠近邊壁的交叉孑L的堵塞;直徑小于5mm的工藝孔可以不用堵頭直接焊封。
③螺紋堵頭。采用螺紋堵頭的封堵方法,如圖8-44所示。這種方法不但便于清洗液壓系統集成塊內部,而且需要時可擰下螺紋堵頭,改接壓力表、傳感器等,便于系統調試。設計、制造螺紋堵頭時,一定要執行JB/ZQ 4446-86等標準。

(2)集成塊孔間距問題
①集成塊體積不宜過大。在油路允許的情況下,應盡量減少集成塊體積,以使液壓系統緊湊。如果集成塊體積加大,除生產成本增加以外,塊中的孔道深度相應增加,工藝性變差,且孔道位置精度難于控制,增加了廢品率。

②液壓集成塊鉆相交孔最大偏心距不大于規定值。集成塊鉆孔多為直角相交,有時兩個直角相交孔的軸線不完全相交,稱其偏心為e,e相對于孔徑D之比稱為相對偏心率,即E=e/D。局部阻力系數ζ的經驗公式為ζ-=1. 60+0. 16EO. 04,當E小于30%時,阻力系數ζ可以接受,如圖8-45所示。

③液壓集成塊油口間的間距應注意管接頭旋轉空間。集成塊油口應為內螺紋,而擰入的管接頭為外六角,這樣就應有接頭旋轉和扳手空間,應避免油口之間距離太近而產生干涉,如圖8-46所示。
④液壓系統集成塊孔間距壁厚不宜小于5mm,如圖8-47所示。
(3)集成塊孔加工問題
①液壓集成塊通道應盡量避免斜孔,如圖8-48所示。
集成塊孔道的加工為鉆孔,為了防止鉆頭損壞盡量避免斜孔。
集成塊鉆孔時,兩個孔道間的壁厚應有足夠的強度,以免油壓破壞孔壁,通常設計壁厚大于5mm。

②液壓系統集成塊深孔應考慮加工可能性,如圖8-49所示。
集成塊孔道為鉆孔,鉆深孔時,鉆頭容易損壞,通常鉆孔深度不宜超過25倍孔徑。
