機(jī)床蓄能器液壓系統(tǒng)油路分析與改進(jìn)

以機(jī)床蓄能器回路為例,給大家分析下其油路存在的一些問題以及該如何改進(jìn)。
圖1(a)為某專用液壓系統(tǒng)機(jī)床液壓回路圖。為了消除電磁換向閥換向沖擊對工件加工質(zhì)量的影響,回路采用了氣囊式蓄能器3來吸收液壓沖擊。液壓泵1為定量泵,回路工作壓力由溢流閥2調(diào)定,蓄能器3總?cè)莘e0. 25L,管道內(nèi)徑10mm,電磁換向閥前管路長20m。

存在問題:液壓系統(tǒng)調(diào)試時發(fā)現(xiàn)蓄能器消除液壓沖擊的效果不佳。
分析:液體在管路內(nèi)流動時,由于控制閥突然關(guān)閉,使液流突然停止流動,液體的動能變成壓力能,在閥前產(chǎn)生高壓。高壓區(qū)以壓力波的形式在管路內(nèi)傳播,形成液壓沖擊,其壓力升高值可能高出正常壓力幾倍以上,并有可能危及液壓系統(tǒng)中的儀表、元件和密封裝置等,從而影響系統(tǒng)的正常工作。此外,還能使系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生噪聲和振動。在系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生液壓沖擊的部位裝設(shè)蓄能器是減輕液壓沖擊的有效措施之一。由于液壓沖擊壓力的大小決定于管路中液體的動量對時間的變化率,當(dāng)壓力升高時,蓄能器可以吸收液體,這就減慢了管路中液體動量變化的速度,從而降低了沖擊壓力。
用于吸收液壓沖擊的蓄能器總?cè)萘坑嬎悖捎嬎愕贸觯撘簤合到y(tǒng)獲得吸收液壓沖擊最佳效果的蓄能器總?cè)莘e應(yīng)為0. 63L,而系統(tǒng)實(shí)際選用的蓄能器僅為0.25L,可見,蓄能器規(guī)格選擇不當(dāng)是系統(tǒng)存在問題的主要原因。
按上述計算結(jié)果選擇合適的蓄能器,并在安裝上注意以下問題。
①盡可能裝在沖擊源附近,即裝在電磁換向閥附近,以獲得吸收液壓沖擊的最佳效果。
②蓄能器與管路系統(tǒng)之間應(yīng)安裝截止閥,供充氣、檢修時使用。
③蓄能器與液壓泵之間應(yīng)安裝單向閥,防止液壓泵停車時蓄能器儲存的壓力油倒流。
改進(jìn)后的回路如圖2(b)所示,改進(jìn)后蓄能器吸收液壓沖擊的效果明顯提高,工件加工質(zhì)量得到了保證。
液壓系統(tǒng)中有些元輔件只有與系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)匹配合理才能達(dá)到特佳的使用效果。選擇這些元輔件時,最好根據(jù)系統(tǒng)要求按實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸來計算和確定,憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)和估算很難做得準(zhǔn)確,因而也就不易達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。
