液壓系統(tǒng)快速運(yùn)動回路

液壓系統(tǒng)快速運(yùn)動回路的功用就是提高執(zhí)行元件的空載運(yùn)行速度,縮短空行程運(yùn)行時間,以提高系統(tǒng)的工作效率。下面蘇州逐利跟大家介紹下常見的幾種快速運(yùn)動回路。
(1)液壓缸采用差動連接的快速運(yùn)動回路
在前面液壓缸中已介紹過,單桿活塞液壓缸在工作時,兩個工作腔連接起來就形成了差動連接,其運(yùn)行速度可大大提高。如圖7-14就是一種差動連接的回路,二位三通電磁閥右位接通時,形成差動連接,液壓缸快速進(jìn)給。這種回路的最大好處是在不增加任何液壓元件的基礎(chǔ)上提高工作速度,因此,在液壓系統(tǒng)中被廣泛采用。

(2)采用蓄能器的快速運(yùn)動回路
如圖7-15所示是采用蓄能器的快速運(yùn)動回路。在這種回路中,當(dāng)三位換向閥4處于中位時,蓄能器3儲存能量,達(dá)到調(diào)定壓力時,控制順序閥1打開,使泵卸荷。當(dāng)三位換向閥換向使液壓缸進(jìn)給時,蓄能器和液壓泵共同向液壓缸供油,達(dá)到快速運(yùn)動的目的。這種回路換向只能用于需要短時間快速運(yùn)動場合,行程不宜過長,且快速運(yùn)動的速度是漸變的。
(3)采用雙泵供油系統(tǒng)的快速運(yùn)動回路
如圖7-16所示的雙泵供油液壓系統(tǒng)。泵1為低壓大流量泵,泵2為高壓小流量泵,閥5為溢流閥,用以調(diào)定系統(tǒng)工作壓力。閥3為順序閥,在這里作卸荷閥用。當(dāng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)需要快速運(yùn)動時,系統(tǒng)負(fù)載較小,雙泵同時供油;當(dāng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)為工作進(jìn)給時,系統(tǒng)壓力升高,打開卸荷閥3,大流量泵1卸荷,小流量泵單獨(dú)供油。這種回路的功率損耗小,系統(tǒng)效率高,并且泵1和泵2可以任意組合,目前使用較廣泛。
